60g butter
4 eggs
25 cl milk
100g flour
125g sugar
8 apricots

Preheat your oven to 220oC

Beat the 4 eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.

Add flour, melted butter and milk to make a smooth, lump-free dough.

Arrange the halved apricots in a buttered gratin dish and add the mixture.

Cook for 45 minutes.
