1 shortbread dough
2 eggs
125g almond powder
20 cl liquid crème fraîche
15 cl milk
15 cl fine sugar
Preheat your oven to 200oC
Mix the sugar and eggs, add the cream, milk and almond powder.
In a pie pan, spread the shortbread dough, prick it with a fork and arrange the apricots cut by half.
Pour the mixture over it.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the apricots are golden brown.
