1 jar of plain yoghurt
3 jars of flour
2.5 jars of fine sugar
1/2 jar melted butter
1/2 packet of baking powder
3 eggs
5 apricots
Preheat your oven to 180oC
Mix sugar and eggs, add flour, yeast, butter and yoghurt.
Butter a broken pan and pour in the mixture.
Stir in the chopped apricots, they must be covered by the mixture.
Bake for 1 hour.
