60 g of butter
4 eggs
25 cl of milk
100 g of flour
125 g of sugar
8 apricots

Preheat oven to 220°C

Beat the eggs with the sugar until white.

Add flour, melted butter, milk and mix all together to get a smooth paste without lumps.

Arrange the apricots cut in half in a buttered gratin dish and add the preparation.

Bake 45 minutes.
