1 sugar crust pastry
2 eggs
125 g almond powder
20 cl of fresh
liquid cream
15 cl of milk
15 cl of fine sugar

Preheat your oven to 200°C

Mix the sugar with the eggs, then add cream, milk and almond powder.

In a pie dish, roll out the dough, prick it with a fork and arrange apricots in half cut.
Pour the mixture on top.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes until apricots become well browned.
