1 pot of natural yoghurt
3 pots of flour
2.5 pots of fine sugar
½ pot of melted butter
½ packet of baking powder
3 eggs
5 apricots

Preheat your oven to 180°C

Mix sugar and eggs, stir in the flour, baking powder, butter and yoghurt.

Grease a springform pan and pour the mixture.

Dip the apricots cut in pieces so as to be covered with the mixture.

Put in oven 1 hour.
